Teacher Training

The University of Zurich offers two study programs for teacher training:

• A program for becoming a teacher at a matura school
  Teaching Diploma for Secondary Education

• A program for becoming a teacher at a vocational school
  Master of Advanced Studies in Secondary and Higher Education for Teaching General Education (MAS SHE ABU)

The study program for the teaching diploma for secondary education has been in effect since 1 February 2010. It replaces the MAS SHE study program for teacher training. About the transition to the new study program
