Studying at another Swiss university

As a student at the University of Zurich, you may study for one or two semesters at another Swiss university. A framework convention between Swiss universities on the mobility of students ensures that semesters, courses and examinations are recognized. There is little administration involved, as students remain enrolled at the University of Zurich, to which the study fees are paid. No fees are paid to the other university. Use the opportunity to get to know another language and culture, to improve your language skills, explore an extended range of subjects and make new contacts. An exchange under the CH-Unimobil is possible in 23 subject areas. For more information please contact the Rectors' Conference of the Swiss Universities (CRUS).

Preparation

Please refer to the lecture directory of the guest university for the semester dates and compile a study program. To make sure that your studies are recognized, please discuss your study plans with the academic advisory service responsible for your subject.
