Die Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) ist ein Verzeichnis eindeutiger, persistenter IDs für Forschende, das offen, gemeinnützig, transparent, portabel und forschungsnah ist. ORCID stellt Ihnen eine dauerhafte digitale ID zur Verfügung, die Sie von allen anderen Forschenden unterscheidet und Ihnen hilft, Ihre beruflichen Aktivitäten automatisiert zu verknüpfen.

ORCID ist interoperabel mit einer Vielfalt von Systemen und Institutionen. So integriert nun auch die Universität Zürich die ORCID iD in ZORA.

• Ihre ORCID iD hinterlegen, falls Sie bereits eine iD besitzen
• eine ORCID iD via ZORA beziehen
• Ihre Publikationen mit Ihrer ORCID iD markieren
• ZORA-Publikationen in Ihren ORCID Record exportieren
• mit der ORCID iD einfach Ihre Publikationsliste erstellen, die Sie dann auf Ihrer Webseite einbinden können

Die Registrierung und Nutzung der ORCID iD in ZORA ist freiwillig und unverbindlich

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie sich für den Bezug einer ORCID-ID selbst bei ORCID registrieren müssen. Mit der Registrierung müssen Sie den Datenschutzbestimmungen sowie den Nutzungsbedingungen von ORCID zustimmen. Die UZH ist nicht für die Nutzung der im ORCID-Profil gespeicherten Daten verantwortlich. Die Verarbeitung der Daten wird durch die Firma ORCID Inc. mit Sitz in den USA auf technischer Infrastruktur unter anderem in den USA vorgenommen.

ORCID helps you easily and reliably link your unique identity with your contributions such as articles, books, datasets, samples, experiments, patents, and notebooks.

The Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) is a registry of unique identifiers for researchers and scholars that is open, non-proprietary, transparent, mobile, and community-based. ORCID provides a persistent digital identifiert hat distinguishes you from every other contributor and supports automated linkages among all your professional activities.

ORCID is founded on interoperability with multiple systems and institutions. Now, also the University of Zurich integrates ORCID in its publication repository ZORA.

• Store your ORCID iD if you already have an iD
• Register an ORCID iD via ZORA
• Tag your publications with your ORCID iD
• Export publications in ZORA to your ORCID record
• Import publications from your ORCID record into ZORA
• with the ORCID iD you can easily create publication lists for integration into UZH websites
