Medieval Studies in Research and Teaching

The Center for Medieval Studies Zurich (KZM) acts as an institutional and strategic cross-faculty hub for the diverse research of its members, and thus provides an important platform for exchange and information. This in turn informs the syllabus of the Master’s program in medieval studies. Thanks to the KZM, medieval studies at UZH enjoys an excellent reputation internationally. One of the KZM’s core objectives is to create opportunities for exchange and for the establishment of joint research approaches among the various medieval studies subject areas.
