Dennis Reichow works at the Centre for Media, Communication and Information Research (ZeMKI) at the University of Bremen. He is employed in the research project „The impact of information and communication on safety in public transport”, which is conducted by Prof. Dr. Thomas Friemel. The project is part of the joint project “Profitability of safety measures in public transport” of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany. He also writes a PhD thesis, which examines the effects of media coverage on the perceived safety in public transport. Previously he studied the master course Media Culture at the University of Bremen. Furthermore, he worked for the department of media research of the german public broadcaster Radio Bremen.
