Welcome Event Master of Law UZH

The welcome event is aimed at newly enrolled Master's students at the Faculty of Law, especially those who hold a Bachelor's degree and or Master’s degree from a foreign university or from a different Swiss university.

Students will receive the necessary information pertaining to their studies at the Faculty of Law, namely the content and structure of the various programs (general Master's degree programs and Joint Degree), the module booking process as well as the credit transfer principles that apply to the Master's degree programs.

Participants who hold a foreign Master of Law or equivalent degree in law will be informed about the possibility of a general credit transfer (maximum 30 ECTS credits) from their previous degree toward the UZH degree.

The welcome events will take place on Monday, 19 February 2024 as follows:

• Master of Law UZH Rechtswissenschaft: 09:00-10:00; Room: RAI-F-041 (German)
• Master of Law UZH International and Comparative Law: 12:15-13:15; Room: RAI-F-041 (English)

The welcome events will take place on Tuesday, 20 February 2024 as follows: 

• Joint Degree Master's Program: 12:15-13:15; Room: RAI-F-041 (German)

The welcome events will take place on site and in person. Invitations to the events will be sent by e-mail to all newly enrolled Master's students of the Faculty of Law with prior external education. In case you did not receive an invitation, please reach out to us through our contact form.
