Andrej did his Bachelor's degree at the UZH in Nicola Serra’s group, where he studied the efficiency of the LHCb detector for different B-Meson decays. He now joined the Baudis group for his master thesis, and is working on the calibration of Xenoscope, a demonstrator for the DARWIN experiment.

Besides physics, he enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time in the mountains, hiking and climbing in summer and skiing and ski touring in winter.
