PHY585 Principles of Non-Relativistic Scattering Applications to Quantum Matter

Lecturer: Prof. Philip Willmott, Prof JohanChang and Dr. Artur Glavic
Lectures: 12.-16. February, 10h00-14h00
Exercise Class: TBD
Start: Monday, 12.02.2024
Location:

Y36 K08

Course Format

This block course is giving fundamental and applied introduction to scattering methodology. During the course, resonant and non-resonant scattering cross-sections are developed and illustrated with examples from x-ray and neutron scattering experiments on quantum matter systems.
