General Terms and Conditions for the English Assessment Test

Registration

Please register on the Language Center website. Once you have received a confirmation email from the Language Center, your registration is binding.

Withdrawal

Once you have registered for the test, you can withdraw your registration free of charge up to 7 days after receipt of the Language Center confirmation email. You will be charged the full test fee if you withdraw more than 7 days after receipt of the confirmation email or if you fail to turn up to the test at the agreed time. Withdrawals must be made in writing by email to the Language Center Secretariat (englisch@sprachen.uzh.ch). Verbal and/or written withdrawals made directly to the lecturer(s) are not valid. Failure to pay, or partial payment of, the test fee does not constitute a withdrawal.
