Economic methods allow you to make well-founded contributions to any discussion. You will learn how to identify causal relationships in complex situations, judge the quality of a statistical statement, and design research questions in a way that extracts the core you are trying to understand.
How can we promote sustainable economic growth? In which ways can societies reap the benefits of globalization and the digital revolution while minimizing the negative effects? What are the most impactful ways to reduce poverty? How do we need to design public policies so they can effectively achieve their aims? What effects do price increases of various goods have?
