Das Programm bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eigene Themen aus Ihrer Führungspraxis unter Anleitung von Expert*innen zu reflektieren, ein Netzwerk mit anderen Führungskräften in der UZH zu bilden sowie Inputs und Instrumente, um ein ganzheitliches Führungsverständnis zu stärken.

Would you like to enhance your management and leadership skills? Do you face challenges in your day-to-day management activities or new leadership challenges?
This program will increase the management and leadership tools available to you for your area of responsibility at UZH. You will receive insights and the opportunity to network with other colleagues that will help shape your leadership personality as well as information that will contribute to your overall understanding of what management and leadership is.
The Leadership Development Program 2024 will be conducted in German.
