Human Resources

Profile The Human Resources (HR) Department supports University staff and management in all personnel matters. In cooperation with local HR representatives, we offer all services, processes, and systems of an integrated HR management. Furthermore, we coordinate vocational education at UZH and develop continuing education and training courses for UZH leaders and managers.

Your first point of contact for all questions concerning your employment is your direct line manager. The HR representatives in the faculties and Central Services units coordinate and initiate your request with the line managers and handle all administrative personnel matters between you and the HR Department.
