As the General Manager I support the Head of the Department of  History in their strategic and planning responsibilities. Together with my team, the staff of the Central Services, I provide a wide range of services for the members of the department. Together, we shape the central processes of the Department of History, along with the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Philosophy and the central departments of the University.

My specific duties include:

  • Coordination of the Committees (Department Meeting)
  • Management of the Department’s Central Services
  • Financial planning and control in regular operations
  • Planning the infrastructure and room allocation
  • Communication and Public Relations
  • Reporting and Evaluation
  • Teaching and teaching assignments
  • Management of the office of the HS Alumni
