Academic career

  • 08/2021-present: PhD student at the Chair for Islamic and Gender Studies, Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies, University of Zurich, supervised by Prof. Bettina Dennerlein
  • 07/2021: Graduate of the summer program „Gender in Muslim Contexts“ at the Aga Khan University London
  • 2017-2020: Master’s program in Middle Eastern Studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg
  • 2013-2017: 2-subject Bachelor studies in Political Science and Oriental Studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg
