Unique Ethics Initiative

The EZEN conducts and coordinates teaching and research in the field of ethics at UZH. This includes fundamental questions of moral philosophy and theological ethics as well as current issues in applied ethics. Here, the center’s research focuses on biomedical, political and environmental ethics. Across all these areas, questions of justice and human dignity are central.
