Kimberly Goulart is a research assistant at the Swiss Job Market Monitor (SJMM). Her current research focuses on occupational change, skills and tasks, and job quality. She also manages the SJMM Corporate Panel, a yearly, representative panel of over 1.500 Swiss firms that informs the SJMM job advertisement data collection.

Previously, she studied at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain, where she received her Master’s Degree in Sociology and Demography and earned her PhD, which examined the relationship between job quality and labor market and family outcomes. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA (US).

Prior to her academic career, Kimberly served as a civil servant for the City of New York and a political lobbyist in Washington, DC representing state and federal nonprofit organizations.
