Prof. Dr. Per Block and his team are looking for a postdoctoral researcher interested in studying the social embeddedness of different types of mobility (including social mobility, occupational/organisational mobility, migration, within-country geographic mobility) using unconventional (network) concepts, interested in learning new quantitative methods, and excited to go beyond variable-based explanations dominant in most of social science.
Conditions are outstanding (great salary, decent travel money, lots of flexibility and research time, mountains and lakes...).
Speaking German is not mandatory for this position.
